PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This is a water-based, antibacterial decorative interior wall paint with an acrylic copolymer base and zeolite mineral additives, featuring a silk-matte finish.

FEATURES

Zeolite is a naturally pure raw material described by the scientific community as the “raw material of the 21st century” and regarded as an antidote to air, soil, and water pollution worldwide. Its cage-like structure provides excellent coverage and ease of spreading on the surfaces it is applied to. It contains silicone additives and is wipeable. It offers high coverage and whiteness, adhering perfectly to the applied surface. It spreads exceptionally well, making application very easy. It is odorless and environmentally friendly.

APPLICATION

It can be easily applied to all types of plaster, exposed concrete, asbestos cement, Betopan, brick, drywall, etc. Surfaces to be treated must be dry, clean, and free of dust. Previously painted surfaces must be scraped clean. If necessary, the surface should be smoothed using “Düfa Acrylic Interior Wall Filler.” Following the leveling process, to reduce the consumption of the topcoat and improve the paint’s adhesion to the surface, a single coat of “Ultra Acrylic Covering Primer” is recommended, particularly on previously painted, dark-colored, or synthetic-painted surfaces; for other surfaces, the use of “ Ultra Acrylic Transparent” or “Ultra 1/7 Concentrated Primer.” On surfaces where a primer has been applied, “ZEOLITE SILK MAT ANTI-BACTERIAL,” thinned with water to a maximum of 10%, is applied in two coats using a roller or brush. The drying time between coats is at least 4–5 hours. The application temperature should be between 5°C and 35°C.

DRYING TIME

Touch dry: 30–40 minutes. Recoat time: 4–5 hours. Full cure: 24 hours (at 23 °C and 50% humidity).

CONSUMPTION

Depending on the surface's absorbency and type, a single coat covers an area of 14–18 square meters. A field test should be conducted to determine the exact coverage.

STORAGE

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, in its sealed packaging at temperatures between 5° and 35° C, and protect from freezing. Use the product within 1 month of opening the package. When unopened and stored under these conditions, the shelf life is 2 years.
